Just a 3BR Apartment, not luxurious and actually too expensive.
The beds were decent. We had 7 pax so three of us had to share one bed but one of the rooms had a bed big enough to accommodate this.
The showers had great water pressure.
No foul smell from the shower drains.
The location was good. It was near a light rail station.
Towels were provided and had no musty smells on them and they were not thin.
Dryer and washer were great. However take note, they use laundry powder. Bring your own laundry pods if you wish to.
The listing was advertised as a luxury apartment so it was quite disappointing when we realised it is far from it.
The sofa doubled as a sofa bed but it was too noisy to sleep outside as the apartment is near to a highway.
Shower doors were not able to be closed fully and toilet rolls were not replenished for us. We had to buy our own.
Upon entering, we saw a curved staircase to get to the main living area. The walls of this stairwell had fake wooden foam wall panels which were falling off (I understand that it is to protect the walls from the luggages but at least stick it up properly). FYI, there is no lift in the apartment, and you must walk up the stairs to get to the main living area.
Their dining area only has 6 chairs and we were a group of seven. They had no additional stools and when we asked, the person who brought us in just remained silent and did not provide us an answer. Having additional sitting stools for the dining area would have been appreciated as they already knew it was for a group of 7.
Kitchen size is still okay. One thing to point out is, handles from the pots/pan was falling off and made it difficult for us while cooking our meals. They should check which handles are loose so to avoid any accidents with hot water/food if the handles were to fall our during cooking.
Only provided a single key, normal accommodations provide at least two keys. The lock box location was a distance from the apartment.
There were many little things that did not match up with the listed photos which made the stay a disappointment.
Manage your expectations, it is far from a 3BR luxury apartment, more like just a 3BR apartment. Not worth the price.

Branded as Luxury apartment when should be just a 3-bedroom apartment.
The beds were comfortable
The showers had great water pressure.
Location was great
Outside sound was very minimal.
Accommodated the late request for an earlier check in as flights were on time and apartment was ready and the key was already in the lock box.
Advertised as a luxury apartment which is far from the actual standards. Linen was Kmart brand the towels were very thin, no face cloths were provided, no top sheets only a duvet, main bedroom has throws for towels, requested towels and was advised that we could use the throw rugs.
The double sofa bed back was broken and very uncomfortable to sit on, the single sofa bed the foot third was broken and just fell to floor making it unusable as a bed option.
All drains had a foul smell, none of the external glass doors are lockable, external screens could not be moved to block out morning sun.
The fake wooden foam wall panels in the stairwell were falling off and making the stairs difficult to navigate up and down especially with suitcases. There is no lift in the apartment, and you must walk up the curved staircase to get to living/bedrooms, only lift to the floor.
Only provide 1 key and when asked for a 2nd one due to 5 adults staying was advised it would be an additional $500, normal accommodation provides at least 2 keys for entry. The lock box location was a distance from the apartment and if arriving late at night or leaving early morning one should be very weary of the surroundings and the inhabitants. Came to an understanding the keys would be left on table due to early morning departure.
There was a lot of little things that did not match up with the advertised photos which made the stay a disappointment. A list was provided to the contact of the issues and there was no resolution, only that they would advise the cleaner, this did nothing for our stay.
The removal of the two highchairs and baby cots would have been appreciated as room was for 5 adults.
The request for a 10-star review with part of it being their partner is pregnant should NOT have been requested as this has no relevance to the actual stay/property and that they would reciprocate the same.
Would need to have a complete refurbish to be able to use the word luxury.
