E’ tutto nuovo e ben arredato, molto spazioso, super pulito e c’è tutto quello che serve.
E’ interrato da un lato, e direttamente sulla strada, impossibile riposare, le finestre delle camere da letto danno sulla strada e una non si poteva aprire, le altre era meglio non aprirle. Le gradi finestre della sala invece davano su una zona completamente in costruzione, un cantiere. Bisognava vivere chiusi senza aprire le finestre. Due bagni su tre sono senza finestra e uno aveva la maniglia rotta e sono rimasto chiuso dentro. Manca l’aria condizionata e ogni camera ha un ventilatore visti i sopracitati problemi con le finestre. Aggiungo che in zona è quasi impossibile parcheggiare.

Era muy acogedor, espacioso y contemporáneo. Buenos electrodomésticos y cuartos de baños limpios, amplios y cómodos.
Los somier de las camas de matrimonio no están acorde con el resto. No son resistentes ni estables y las patas se bambolean para todos lados. Con esa pequeña mejora tendría un 10 el alojamiento.

The apartment is huge, more than expected bsed on the location(few minutes from the center). It was clean and we had everything we need for couple of days in Santander. Furniture is almost new. Host was responsive and kind. Contactless check-in/out was also really good
Apartment is ont the ground floor and some rooms don't have enough light. There were some flyes in the corridor and some of the rooms. One of the beds was literally moving due to wrong assembly or not flat ground. Pillows weretoo thin. Those things caught my attention, but nothing dramatic.

Está cerca del centro. Instalaciones nuevas y electrodomésticos nuevos y de calidad. Zona de estar muy bien. Llega el bus 16 casi a la puerta o en la calle de al lado escaleras mecánicas en la calle.
Las almohadas son incómodas (blandas) y no había gel (pero entiendo que es un tema puntual). No se puede aparcar para dejas maletas salvo con mucho cuidado.
