uważam za niesłuszne negatywne opinie o tym miejscu które czasami pojawiały się na booking . cena jest ADEKWATNA do standardu apartamentu . Jeśli ktoś oczekuje sterylnej czystości w tej cenie to polecam jednak wybrać hotel . Obiektywnie lokalizacja apartamentu wynagradza WSZYSTKIE niedogodności - stacja metra 3 min spacerkiem a po drodze czynny do późna sklep spożywczy ( czasami tylko nie akceptują w sklepie płatności kartą ) oraz pizza na wynos , obok apartamentu przystanek autobusowy a naprzeciwko bardzo dobra restauracja ANVEDI a jak ktoś lubi wstawać rano to zaraz obok dobra śniadaniarnia
mebelki na tarasie a głownie stół do wymiany ( to jedyna uwaga )

L'hébergement correspondait aux infos que j'ai lu dans les descriptions. Les conseils d'Andrea étaient au top pour récupérer les clés de la maison. Nous sommes arrivés très tardivement en soirée mais agréablement surprise du cadeau d'accueil préparé. Que du bonheur! Et que demander de plus :-) Durant le séjour, Andrea restait dispo. Aucun soucis de communication ou de problème rencontré dans l'hébergement. Tout était fait pour que l'on puisse séjourner sereinement, et qu'on se sente chez soi. Etant juste à côté du métro Battistini, et de plusieurs arrêts d'autobus, il est très facile de se déplacer. Les commerces aux alentours sont correct également. Je recommande très fortement cet hébergement.

Bel appartamento in ottima posizione vicinissima alla Metro (200 m)
A due passi trovi, Farmacia,Bar/Tabacchino, vari ristoranti/ pizzeria,fermate Bus, Gommista/0fficina, Mini Luna park per i più piccoli .

a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro Battistini. il quartiere anche se in periferia sembrava sicuro anche di notte. a pochi metri minimarket bar e pizzeria. due bagni. pulito facile da trovare e l'accesso.
la via Battistini è molto trafficata e rumorosa
