The hotel is in a very convenient location. Central to most attractions, restaurants and the cable car.
The staff were extremely attentive, a special shout out to the manageress Mi who looked after us with care and warmth like family.
Our room with balcony was spacious, and bed was very comfortable…however the room had a very strong unpleasant smell. Not sure it’s coming from the toilet or the detergent used to clean the floors because the smell also was prevalent in the corridors.
If it was not for the unpleasant smell, the hotel would be 10 out of 10 for their service, location and the beautiful Japanese inspired decor throughout the hotel.
