It is a small apartment very close to Avenida de America metro station, on a little street nearby. The apartment was a bit small for 4 people, fits better 2 people in my opinion, even if the sofa bed in the living was more comfortable than expected. The kitchen well equipped, the bathroom modern . Very well connected with rest of Madrid.
The entrance door is directly on the street so it is a little noisy and felt unsafe. The bedroom has only a little window that opens in an interior court so it is quite dark. The mobile air conditioning was not efficient enough.

Calidad, preparación y atención espectacular. Muy bien decorado y con todo lo necesario. Excelente ducha y parking al frente. Excelente opción.
El único pero importante aspecto es el aire acondicionado. El equipo móvil primero tiene una filtración y tira parte del aire caliente q extrae adentro del dpto. Pero no es suficiente. Debieran poner un splitter. Y también tener almohada blandas de cambio
