Gute Lage im Bürger Wohnviertel, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Gondel zum Aussichtsberg. Viel Platz, schöne Fass-Sauna im Hinterhof mit Ruhebereich.
Hervorragendes Frühstück auf Wunsch, Japanisch oder Continental.
Sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung mit Handtüchern, Pyjamas und Baderobe.
Hätte ein bisschen sauberer sein können.
Teilweise etwas unpraktisch, da es keine Aufhänger für Jacken oder Handtücher gibt.

Excellent stay with perfect location. Very central to the most famous sightseeing places in Hakodate. Beautiful sauna with proper temperature 110 degreed with a wonderful cold bath. Very clean rooms with spacious areas to be in. The surrounding areas have many sightsing spots, restaurants, coffee places, shops and a supermarket (Coop). Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Hakodate! We were so happy to find such a lovely house for the weekend. The private sauna was relaxing, the decorations and amenities were nice, and the location was convenient. The Ropeway, Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses, and Old Public Hall of Hakodate Ward are all a short walk away. Plus, there are a few delicious local cafes and restaurants nearby. I would recommend The Room 20 to couples or small groups who want to enjoy Hakodate together!
