The apartment it self had all we needed to have a stay with the family and we were able to enjoy the pool as well as the cafeteria at the property.
The apartment was with 3 bedrooms as per my reservation and the owner allowed me to add 1 more person with fare charges. It's around 15 minutes away from the CMB airport and since the town is also bit near we were able to do shopping as well.
Overall I liked the property and the owner was easy to go with.
I would love to stay once again if I wanted to stay at Negambo.
The shared wash room did not contain the hot water facility but we were able to manage since the private wash room had one.
