I absolutely loved the hotel’s bohemian style and attention to detail. The plants were beautifully maintained, and the pool and restaurant were both excellent. The whole place felt cozy, stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed.
The food was definitely a highlight. Breakfast was included, with three options: English breakfast, traditional Sri Lankan breakfast, or vegetarian breakfast. We chose the English breakfast, and we also had lunch at the restaurant, which was absolutely delicious.
I also really loved the shower in the room. I’m usually quite particular about showers, but the water pressure was excellent and the water temperature was perfectly warm.
The staff were all very friendly, warm, and polite. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!
The only areas for improvement were the bathroom. It’s very tidy and stylish. However , the toilet flushing and water-refilling sound was quite loud, especially at night, and could disturb other family members when someone used the toilet.
We were a family of four (three adults and one child), and the room itself was a great size, with a beautiful view.
It would also be helpful to add a few more hooks in the bathrooms. There was nowhere convenient to hang or place clothes and towels while showering.
Overall, these are just small points, as we really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely lovely hotel - we stayed in 5 places in Sri Lanka and this was easily the best. The room was large and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. The shower was great pressure and nice and hot. It's only 15 minutes to the airport. The food was excellent. The breakfast was HUGE! The pizza was delicious. Always good when the hotel is better than the pictures and surpasses expectations.
Nothing really, it would be good to have a fridge in the rooms to keep water/ drinks. The Aircon in our room was a little temperamental but it also had a huge fan so it was fine overall.

The property was in a good location, clean and tidy and had a nice selection for breakfast
I chose this hotel based on the photos on booking.com, the rooms look light and airy, when I got there I got put in a small box room that was painted dark grey and looked like a prison cell, the ceiling wasn’t finished and it had a foist smell, I asked to be moved and I was moved to a larger room on the 3rd floor, no lift, and this was the same, dark grey, gloomy like a dungeon! I asked about the rooms in the photos to be told all the rooms are this dark grey. I was tired and had already paid so I didn’t make a fuss but it was a depressing place to stay.
