We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain and would definitely recommend this hotel!
The hotel is beautifully renovated, very comfortable and well located, with an amazing view of Tianmen Mountain and Heaven’s Gate just behind the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, rich and varied, with plenty of choices every morning.
A very important advantage for us was the transportation to and from Zhangjiajie West Railway Station. Whenever we needed it, a car was arranged for us, which made our stay and our trips so much easier and more comfortable.
A very special thank you to Selena, who was absolutely wonderful! ❤️ She helped us throughout our stay with transportation arrangements and every request we had, always with kindness, patience and genuine care. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was well organized for us.
Selena, thank you for making our stay even more special! People like you make guests remember not only the hotel, but also the warmth and hospitality they experienced there.

The swimming pool was also a nice facility and we enjoyed having it available during our stay. However, we felt that the pool area could benefit from some renovation and updating to bring it up to the same standard as the beautifully renovated hotel. This is only a small suggestion for improvement and did not affect our overall wonderful experience.

I’ve never been in a hotel as organized as this one. Selina was super proactive, contacted us and offered a ride from the airport to the hotel. Even though our flight was delayed the driver was waiting for us. The whole staff is super friendly, client oriented, and always willing to assist. The breakfast was fantastic it has a very nice menu with Asian and Western food. Last but not least, and this was for me the cherry on the pie. They have a very big washing room. When you travel for many days this is something you appreciate a lot! Thank you Selina and the hole Hilton Garden Inn Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain! Our stay at your hotel was fabulous!

Location. Room.
Staff was very unqualified to deal with international travellers. Not acceptable to have such poor level of English in a Hilton hotel. And such a poor level of proactiveness to support guests (coming from an other Hilton in same city where everything was perfect in that respect).
