Great location, but constant problems made this anything but a vacation.
Management was responsive and respectful
Unfortunately, our stay at CB’s Bella Vista was extremely disappointing. I do want to give credit where it is due: Bryant Real Estate management was responsive, apologetic, and consistently tried to address the problems we reported. The issue was the sheer number of problems with the home. There seemed to be something new every single day.
During our stay we dealt with electrical problems affecting much of the downstairs so there was no air or functioning outlets for the first 3 days, A/C issues that left the house extremely hot later in the week (because the unit oer the electrican is 9 years old and literally famling apart), a leaking/problematic shower, an unusable dryer, refrigerator/freezer problems of thawing out repeatedly, cleanliness concerns, insects inside the home, and several safety/maintenance issues. A nail was sticking up from an exterior step and actually caused injuries during our stay.
The interruptions themselves became exhausting. We had maintenance and vendors coming and going daily throughout the week. The electrician called me several times while we were having professional family portraits taken, and I had to stop our photo session each time to discuss problems with the house. We also had maintenance in the home while we were getting ready for our wedding.
At one point, the owner stopped by the property unannounced, which made us uncomfortable as at least maintenance had announced their comings and goings.
Another major warning: I would absolutely NOT wash white or light-colored clothing in the washing machine. The water/washer discolored our light clothing and ruined all of those clothing iitems. Future guests should be aware of this!!!
The outdoor situation was also disappointing. At night there were hundreds of large bugs crawling around outside that looked like roaches, making it unpleasant for us to even sit outside and enjoy the property.
The home does have great potential because of its location.
