Excellent location, great facilities, easy check-in, great for the family, very close to all the major attractions. Having a washing machine, would have it even better
Nothing in particular

Great self catering apartment in ideal location near bus station and lake. Great pub/restaurant next door and supermarket nearby. We appreciated being able to leave our bags in the cafe downstairs while waiting to check in.
Lighting was dim.
Coming off the night train at 7am, we would have preferred an earlier check in.
