Location, car parking, comfortable beds well equipped kitchen, plenty of hot water and gym, pool facilities
No storage space in kitchen for food purchased, towel radiators not working despite following instructions, shaver sockets not working in either bathroom, music system not working and unable to connect to Bluetooth speaker provided. TV signal frequently dropped out on radio or TV channel, no glass cover to outside patio table and patio grouting poor and in need of repair.
Cobwebs in several areas (coat store area, dining area, bedrooms) layer of dust on surfaces (dining table, wardrobe rails, ) or view was it hasn't been cleaned in the previous few days before arrival

Peaceful, lovely landscaping, great pool. The estate was really picturesque and well kept. The spa house was a delight and very well maintained. Lovely to have a pool to yourself that was so nice. It was a very chilled place and we really enjoyed it. The tennis court was a bonus and the kids really liked the facilities. Would come back with a group of friends as well as families. The house we stayed in was well looked after and very clean. Thought it was good value for money.
The double bed for a couple was too small for us I'm afraid! It would have been great if the pool was just a tad warmer, even though it was a beautiful pool I felt it was a little chilly (not by much). But I'm being picky now!
