I am very disappointed

When we arrived the apartment was dirty and not cleaned !!!!! We had to wait one hour for the cleaner before we could settle in. Additionally, the apartment was significantly smaller and less comfortable than it appeared in the photos!!!!! This was disappointing and did not meet our expectations based on the listing.

Mini apartment in great location but with some issues

Perfect location so close to the Old Town. Parking at rear excellent - the owner said we could park there mid-morning when we arrived and check in later. It is a very small apartment but has everything you need for a short12 night stay.

The entrance and first floor landing are in a shocking state and leave a really poor impression. Doors stick or don't close properly. No A/C and it gets hot and stuffy in summer - a ceiling fan would be a good addition. The water from the shower drains extremely slowly so it's easy to flood the bathroom.

Terrible customer service

The location.

The accommodation company told me it was possible to generate an invoice for my stay. However, after a week I'm still waiting for it and I haven't been able to justify the travel expenses to my company, which is causing me significant problems. I am still awaiting the invoices.
