Very clean modern and beautiful grounds. Location is good. Dinner choices are excellent and take allergies seriously. Lovely restaurant staff and concierge
No proper first aid kit after having a fall as the lobby steps blend into the floor thus unfortunately had a bad fall on arrival and sprained ankle. Staff were friendly but confused on how to aid / resolve when asked to assist with bandage - No other assistance offered such as ice/medical care

Great stay staff are very supportive ,property is very nice with elegant modern design .rooms are specious every travellers should experience this once to get their experience, special thanks to Jagdeep and Mr sunny for upgrading my rooms to pool side .

I was shifted to another room on request from the staff so that they could carry out some maintenance tasks. Though they that they will shift me to a better room, it wasn’t quite the case. The bathroom door knob was broken, so it couldn’t be shut properly. The shower cabinet was leaking, and the water was seeping out to other parts of the bathroom.
Whenever I requested for water, it was delivered very late. On one occasion was delivered the next morning upon requesting again and again. Prior to check out I requested the reception to send someone to help me carry my baggage down, to which they agreed, but they didn’t send anyone and after a long wait I brought my baggage down myself. 30 minutes prior to coming down to the reception I had also requested to print out my invoice/bill and keep it ready. But when I came down, it wasn’t printed out. I had to wait further for a basic visit.
