The receptionist that was working the morning shift ? She was so lovely so welcoming and understanding. The staff members ? Exceptional they respect you regardless of who you are and how old you are. They are very clean swell. Besides the fact that the building is in a rather "busy" area it is really a great and safe place. I will definitely book with them if need be next time when in Braam.
The facilities, the shower water was a bit hard to figure out it would turn cold automatically even if you set it to be hot. The AC would also just randomly switch on and off.
The rooms are not really sound proof so if your neighbors are busy you can hear them.

I liked the staff, very friendly and the room was clean and they kept coming back to make sure that the room is clean.
The shower does not have something to carry the soap, probably broken but other things were good
