The house was absolutely perfect for a stopover - exceptionally clean and comfortable, and very friendly communication from the host. Very highly recommended.

Chaumont is a lovely town and perfectly positioned for an overnight stop for those heading to the far south or as a base to explore this part of France.
This small house is perfect.
Loads of parking just outside.
Well maintained and very comfortable with smart decor and excellent modern bathrooms and kitchen.
We were met personally by the family who own it who were lovely and so helpful and would have done anything to make our stay more comfortable.
There was nothing we didn’t like.
Just worth noting the steep staircase may not be to some people’s taste.
And whilst naturally quite cool and equipped with fans it doesn’t have air conditioning which might be an issue in the most extreme heat.
