Отличная локация. 2-3 минуты до метро Waseda. Очень чистая квартира со свежим ремонтом, небольшой кухней, обеденным столом и диваном. Полноценный холодильник и плита. Ванная комната с сушильной камерой, белье после стирки сохнет мгновенно. Очень удобные две 1,5 спальные кровати в одной из комнат. Мы были в 401. По фото создается впечатление что номер 2-х этажный, но на самом деле этаж один, а лестница достаточно крутая ведет от входной двери в квартиру. Вторая лестница ведет на крышу которая закрыта. Поддержка идеальная реагируют мгновенно на просьбы.
На ближайшем выходе из метро нет эскалатора и чемоданы вам придется тащить. В самих апартаментах тоже нет лифта и очень узкая и крутая лестница. Если у вас тяжелый багаж, проблемы со здоровьем или планируете возвращаться в номер сильно выпившим) лучше выбрать другое место.

Close to Waseda Station, multiple convenience stores nearby, laundromat nearby also. Provides shared umbrellas during the stay.
Have to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs (2 public stairs and 1 stair inside the room).

Great facility, clean and well managed. Good value for money but only good for back packers as there is no lifts and all rooms are on different levels from 1 to 4 floors.
There is no Lift and our facility was at 4 th floor. No help or no chek in desk. Only good for back packers.
