Los cuartos muy bien equipados , la casa super fresca que hasta frío nos dio , la buena ubicación y sector super tranquilo, la alberca de buen tamaño , todo nos gustó de esta casa que sin duda volveremos a rentar para nuestras proximas vacaciones estuvimos 7 dias yo mi esposa y mis 3 hijos

This detached single story, single family dwelling is in a fairly new subdivision (Las Americanas Stage 6) north of Merida allowing for a 15 minute drive to the beaches of Progresso or 15 minute drive to the cultural and shopping centres of Centro. There is an OXXO at the end of the street with a Bodega Aurrera across the street from the OXXO, with a couple of family based restaurants withing a few blocks. All in all a great location. The front garage and the rear courtyard with pool and grill area are convenient. Host was responsive when we ran out of propane - it was refilled within two hours.
The most glaring deficiency for me is the lack of hot water at the kitchen sink. The plumbing has hot and cold, but the faucet only allows for cold water. This is against all health code recommendations of water temperatures for dish washing at 45 to 50 deg C. Also no dish rack to dry the clean dishes in nor dish towels to dry them made for an unsanitary kitchen. Also the kitchen design is too small, the supplied cooking equipment is substandard and mostly worn. The only TV is in a bedroom. The bathroom towels are like plastic sheets when it comes to absorbing water.
