NIce place, but needs some consideration for the noise (loud until past midnight)

The flat was clean and spacious. Very well located in terms of the thermal lake. The parking was also a plus - a large space. The host was friendly and on-time.

The noise outside has been very loud and made it impossible for us to sleep until well into the night. We stayed for one night, as we were en-route - the place is not made for this. The music from ~5pm until 10pm is super loud - you hear everything and the flat has very poor noise insulation. After 10pm it's less loud, but still impossible to sleep. Lots of chatters. Adding a photo of noise levels at 9:40pm. We wanted a place to rest for the night mid-trip - the place didn't deliver this. We were lucky it wasn't so hot, so we could have closed windows.

Great with facility issues

Clean, spacious fresh, no smell.

Noise and yelling from the nearby bar garden until midnight. Dishwasher and washing machine both broken. Bad quality detergent for washing dishes by hand. Fridge is barely cooling. It takes quite a while for hot water to start running, not a big issue.

Excellent place for visiting the thermal baths

The apartment is nice, accessible and the rental included parking my car in the garage. The rooms and facilities are nice, clean and very comfortable - including a nice table that can be used as a desk and the beds. The shower is very nice too.

Not sure, all is fine.
