Very good location to the main tourist spots like the bund, Nanjing Street, People Square. Metro is just 100 meter away and very convenient to get to both airports and train stations around the city.
Very stylish room, comfortable bed and spacious room. Will come back here for sure when I get back to Shanghai.

The location was great — just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, and you can even see the Oriental Pearl TV Tower from the hotel entrance. It’s also right beside the shopping district, so it was really convenient to head back to the hotel whenever we got tired from walking around.
The reception staff were very nice and helpful. I ordered a few Taobao parcels before my trip, and some of them arrived before my intended stay. The hotel kindly helped me keep them until we checked in, which was really convenient. They also have cute delivery robots that bring your food and parcels up to your room door!
For the price, I think the hotel offers good value considering its location and convenience.
The only downside was that the air conditioning in some rooms didn’t seem to be working very well. I heard a few other guests mentioning the same issue. Thankfully, my room was still okay, and the housekeeping staff even left the air conditioning on after their daily cleaning, so the room would stay cool when we came back. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

The location is fantastic, being so close to the train station and Nanjing Road pedestrian street. Easy walk to the Bund.
The toilet / shower door needs a privacy lock to stop embarrassing moments from happening. The floor above us had large plants that would hit the building in high wind. This created loud bangs, which couldn't be fixed as the upper level was a different business.
