we stayed here with a friend and really enjoyed the warm hospitality of the family. It was a pleasure to have conversations about Uzbek culture, traditions, and life in Uzbekistan. it made our stay feel much more personal and authentic.
the breakfast was generous and delicious, especially the homemade omelette and grapes grown in the family’s own garden - super sweet!
the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is nicely away from the busy city center, so it’s quiet and relaxing, while still being close enough to reach the main sights easily. Highly recommended

No kettle in the room - but it was easy to get hot water from the hosts.

Perfect location, 5 to 10min by taxi to all major Samarkand attractions.
The host and his family were really nice and helpful. We are vegan so they adapted the breakfast to our diet and prepare the most delicious vegan breakfast we had for a while.
They also brought us fruits all the time, and the owner offered to take us on a ride to visit samarkand and brought us to the new bukhari complex 30min away for free.
Really nice family and host. Really cool installations and guesthouse.
The room was spacious and a lot of spaces to sit work and have a coffee or tea outside and inside.
The outside garden is really beautiful.

Этот гостевой дом — лучшее место для проживания за всю нашу поездку по Самарканду, хозяева невероятно добрые и душевные. Обычно завтрак будет готов к восеми, но хозяйка специально приготовила очень сытный и разнообразный завтрак уже к семи часам утра для нашего удобства. Кроме того, она угостила нас свежими виноградом и инжиром, сорванными прямо в их собственном саду.
Вся семья очень гостеприимна: хозяин всегда был внимателен, вечером подарил нам бутылку питьевой воды для наших поездок. Их маленький сын очень милый и очаровательный, он подарил нам много приятных моментов за время нашего пребывания. Мы также долго общались с хозяевами, они с радостью рассказали нам о своей дочери: она училась в Китае, а сейчас работает в Академии наук Узбекистана — она очень талантливая и успешная девушка. Ещё подарили нам сувениры - магнитик, все прямо прекрасно.
Мы чувствовали себя как дома, а не как обычные туристы. Очень рекомендуем этот семейный гостевой дом всем путешественникам, приезжающим в Самарканд, и если мы снова посетим этот город, то обязательно остановимся именно здесь.

De gezellige binnentuin is een verademing in de hete middagzon. De zeer hartelijke familie, die er alles aan deed om het je zo aangenaam te maken. Ze waren zo attent om de verjaardag van m’n 9-jarige dochter te vieren met taart en cadeau, de gasten die allemaal mee gezongen hebben, dit maakt dat het een onvergetelijke verjaardag is geworden voor m’n dochter
