directly on the ocean...we did not have a parking problem, but if they have a full house they have 18 spots and 26 rooms. so, beware. clean, crystal clear water in the pool. the outdoor fire pits were not functioning due to salt corrosion, per the front desk. about a mile walk to the boardwalk. nice fireworks show there every thurs. very close to the water. i would stay again.

My husband, my son, his girlfriend, and I stayed at the Oceaneer Hotel for three nights, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel so welcome, and the staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. The oceanfront view is absolutely breathtaking—you are right on the beach, and waking up to the sound and sight of the ocean was unforgettable.
This is by far one of the best hotels in Carolina Beach. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. We highly recommend the Oceaneer Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway!
