Spacious, amazing to have private rooftop pool. Was able to get in room massages which were wonderful. Staff was excellent. Tiny bit of noise from dog across street a couple of times but did not disturb sleep and otherwise very quiet and nice to be a little away from the downtown.

Had a two bedroom villa with 3 beds. Very clean and nice with small individual pool. Nice space to come back to after excursions. About a 30 min walk from downtown San Ignacio which wouldn't want to do at night based on having to walk on the street. Can get cabs arranged from hotel.

The staff is very professional yet engaging and personable…a unique and welcome mix that works well to elevate your overall experience at this property. Excellent service!
