We loved the peaceful farm setting and felt that the cottage offered excellent value for money. The complimentary firewood was a lovely special touch, and the heater made the cottage warm and cosy during the stormy weather.
Although the weather prevented us from enjoying all the facilities, we still had a wonderful, relaxing stay. We would definitely love to come back!
The only small issue was that the shower is a little narrow, which my husband found slightly uncomfortable. However, the hot water was excellent — it became hot within seconds, which was a real bonus, especially during the cold and stormy weather.

Its a lovely cottage surrounded by trees. Its on a farm. Filled with birds and farm animals. Close to Franschhoek too.

The property is very peaceful and there is a lovely view from the patio. The facilities are very basic but comfortable.
