It's okay for a short stay, at an affordable price. The staff is polite but not really useful. Cleanliness is acceptable.
My mistake was I booked for a full week.
They haven't been clear of not having lift, also no TV as facilities listed. While i have big bulky luggages I only get to know my room is on the 3rd floor. There is a person who helped me carry the luggage upstairs when checking in, but I have to manage myself to carry them all downstairs when checking out.
They don't have a receptionist, so if you need anything, have to private chat with them ahead.
