We were given the garden apartment at in a Georgian building in North Parade Bath instead of Larkhall. The location was fantastic - virtually looking onto Bath Abbey and Avon River - rate 12 out of 10 - wonderful
Loved the apartment too - very spacious - lovely kitchen. Beautifully renovated.
Better communication with owner but it was sorted out fairly quickly

Location. However parking was difficult to find. Would have been good to have directions where it was safe to park.
There were no wine glasses. Toilet is stained. There were no mugs with handles. Hot drinks were a nightmare as the cups provided burnt fingers.

Could have done with a tea towel and a wash cloth in the kitchen. Also the mirrors in the lounge could have done with a wipe over with window cleaner as they were rather foggy to look at

Location is great.
Oven wasn’t clean, toilet was stained. No wine glasses, no corkscrew or bottle opener, no knives for chopping or cutting, very basic facilities for a pricey flat. The owner did bring round glasses and a corkscrew ( and some cakes ) which was helpful.
