Best place to stay if you like high rise tower views and modern luxury style. The stay was clean and comfortable while the staff was very friendly. The service was excellent as they were quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. Check-in process was quick and easy to find. The upgrade option was definitely worth it.

Horrendous check in. We read the reviews and knew it would be challenging. But out of 100+ bookings I've never seen anything this complicated! There are no signs for entrance. Nextdoor hotel staff advised us where to go. Then you have to go 5 floors below ground level to find the reception - with no instructions?! Do you guys think we're oracles? There was no one at the reception and the kiosk does not work. The only way to check in/leave luggage was to call a Korean number, go through a menu (in Korean) and reach someone who appeared 15 mins later. Could not be less user friendly. Checkout was similar, again no one there and kiosk not working.

I booked the Ocean Room Suite at ICT Residences and Hotel in Busan—the photos looked amazing, and the room itself really was. Clean, spacious, and the ocean view was incredible.
The check-in situation was… odd. I showed my reservation to the front desk, but they said they couldn’t help me. I pointed to the contact number listed on the booking and asked if they could call, since I didn’t have a Korean number. The woman at the desk hesitated a lot, sighed, and seemed reluctant, but eventually made the call and someone came to take me up.
Here’s where it got weird—they asked for my bank account number during check-in. Not a credit card or deposit—my actual bank info. I’d already paid online, so I didn’t really understand. I almost gave it, but something felt off. I politely declined and they checked me in anyway, no problem.
Check-out was similarly confusing—they didn’t want to take the keys or call the number again, and eventually just told me to leave the keys in the room.
Overall, the suite was lovely, but the process left me scratching my head. Maybe it’s just a local thing I didn’t understand, but it felt a little strange.
