This is our 2nd visit to Busan with my parents and we stayed for 3 nights in new CZ LCT residence. Our room had Heaundae beach view and the night view was amazing, and all rooms and facilities were managed in very clean condition. Good amount of towels and water were supplied every day. Access to Haeundae beach was easy.

This property is stunning . Amazing views and very spacious apartment. Loved having 3 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms . Fantastic location right on Haeundae beach . Towels and water delivered daily to the vestibule outside your room
Quite hard to find the check in reception . Kitchen not very well equipped - no water glasses etc . Would have been nice to have had some explanation re the lights, air con, toilets etc as quite confusing. Main bed was very creaky every time you moved !

Location.
Smell from sewer in bathrooms, had to turn on fan all day, but it was too loud, had to close the door. Hair dryer is so low quality compared to hotel fare. Sofa is not comfort. Minimal cost maintenance just to enough to get by. Find other places. Only outside building looks nice but when you get inside the unit, you will be disappointed.
