A very nice stay with 24 hour staffing. It's a medium walk to Esperanza station to get to the city center, but the walk has three groceries and numerous restaurants along it so it's a good chance for some shopping.

whirlpool in the room, all important room items (glasses, tissues, earplugs etc.). The staff was excellent and friendly. The rooms were clean and we were satisfied overall.
dominant cigarette smell in the room, very small shower and noisy faucet. nothing too bad but if u are sensitive to cigarette smell maybe check in advance. noisy faucet is a minor inconvenience tho
not a fan of all the alcohol bottles on display around the reception, weird decoration choice imho. it gives a cheap vibe but our subjective view
also we could not turn off the music that you can control in your room via a control unit on the wall. even tho we completely turned it off, we could still hear the music (maybe from the hallway, but sounded like its coming from the ceiling mounted speakers).
no real seating space/ lobby outside of the rooms to sit down when waiting for food or leaving/checking out. but we only were at ground level, maybe there is some on another floor or in another part of the building..we only stayed 1 night so take this with a grain of salt.
