Location was very good . Bed very comfy .
Noise from high street , communal area needed vacuuming and carpet was stained so bad first impression. Need a bath Matt as very slippy when having shower and the twin bedroom needs a mirror .

The location is a very short walk from everything you want in Brixham.
There was sufficient room and it was not crammed.
Beds were comfy.
Appreciated the starter packs that were left.
Very good TV.
The fan in the main bedroom did very little.
It is right opposite the green grocer and he sets up at 5am every morning - the only shop that does!
Disappointed that I did not get a response to my query asking for the TV pin.
There were rubbish items left in one of the drawers in the main bedroom, despite the cleaners having a 6hr window.
4pm check-in is a little late and 10am check-out is a little early.
