Personally for me the location is ideal.. plenty going on in the area and easy transport into London.. The kitchen was clean and well equipped.
The host’s communication was excellent
The bathroom and some of the decor has seen better days, but the flat was clean and tidy throughout.

The location was good, situated in a quiet road with free, street parking.
The flat was spacious, and provided the basic necessities for a short stay. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean overall.
Carlos was quick to answer any queries .
The flat could benefit from small additions such as a mirror in the second bedroom, some shelf space in the bathroom, and some deep cleaning of the carpets/rugs.

The location is fantastic and was exactly what we were looking for in East Dulwich. The self check-in and check-out process was seamless, with clear instructions and door codes that made arrival very easy. The apartment is bright and has a nice layout, and we found the beds comfortable. The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout our two-week stay, and the washing machine worked very well. Although the kitchen is compact, it had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and heat up meals from the Saturday market, with a good selection of cookware, glassware, and a few basic oils and spices provided.
Most of our feedback relates to staying for two weeks rather than a short visit. The apartment doesn't provide a coffee maker, so we had to buy coffee every morning, which became both inconvenient and expensive over a longer stay. We also found the sofa to be quite uncomfortable. Since it's the primary seating area, we often chose to spend time in local parks or read on the bed instead of relaxing in the living room. Finally, there isn't a mid-stay linen refresh. We were able to wash the towels, but without a practical way to dry the sheets in the apartment, we ended up using the same bed linens for the entire two weeks.
For shorter stays, these would probably be minor inconveniences, but for guests staying a week or more they become more noticeable. We'd suggest adding a coffee maker, offering a fresh set of linens (or a linen change) for stays longer than 6–7 nights, and upgrading the sofa to make longer stays more comfortable.

size of property and location
The property could use a new carpet and new floor also the neighbors downstairs were very sensitive to noises caused by us walking and talking inside the property, they told us to keep the noise down however we are not noisy people.
