Loved the view! property layout is nice, clean and calm. nice big mirrors. multiple light lamps. Easy access and right across Bondi Beach.
Property is a bit worn down. It took me 5 minutes to open the door to get in and out because of the door handle that was broken. Early check in charges $95 from 12:30pm (ONLY DROP OFF BAGS) and not guaranteed to actually be able to go in the property to stay, rest or sleep till standard check in from 5pm. So you will be paying $95 for a non guaranteed early check in time. You could even pay $95 and can't head into the property until 5pm (standard check in) because they work around the cleaners schedule. Hot water for bathroom was on and off. (Limit maybe)

Le location is great , and the view from the bedroom is beautiful!
The house needs renovations, it's very rundown... checkout is a bit of a hassle, because you have to go down to the street with all your luggage to put the keys back in the key box (I think it would be more practical to leave the keys in the house).
