Amazing location in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Rome. We had the BEST time.
Everyone was really nice and welcoming.
It's close to the University Roma tre, so I warmly recommend this place to fellow scholars.
One of the bedrooms comes with its own bathroom, which is highly useful for travelling in groups during a heat wave.
The place has everything you can wish for. We tried to cook for ourselves as often as possible. However, we didn't spend too much time inside as the garden was just so beautiful.
Having a coffee next to the fish pond was the nicest way to start the day. I will never forget it.
It didn't bother us at all, but if you are actively scared of dogs you should know that this neighborhood has a lot of them.
Also a fish pond logically comes with an increased amount of mosquitoes, so if you are highly allergic you'll have to be careful.

Просто потрясающе! Прекрасная локация, тишина, уют, близко к историческим достопримечательностям, рядом много парковочных мест, в пятиминутной доступности рестораны, бары. Сама вилла просто чудо, чисто, прохладно в жару, благоустроена всем необходимым, где прекрасно разместится семья! Мы прекрасно провели ночь по пути с юга Италии. В саду очень хорошо, много тени от лимонных деревьев, банановых растений и прочих деревьев. Особого внимания заслуживает небольшой и ухоженной пруд с золотыми рыбками!
Коммуникация к хозяином безупречна! При личной встрече очень приятные люди. Прекрасно подходит как для короткой остановки, так и для длительного отдыха в Риме. Когда мы вернемся в Рим , обязательно остановимся там еще раз!

Posizione ottima per poter vivere appieno il quartiere di Garbatella , cosa che ho amato. Si possono raggiungere i mezzi per arrivare in centro in pochi minuti (massimo 10 per la metro).
Casa pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario (compreso il caffè). Giardino accogliente e rilassante. Un'oasi di pace.
Roberto molto disponibile per dare supporto in tempi rapidissimi.
Sicuramente tornerei qui se avessi nuovamente!necessità di un alloggio a Roma.
L'assenza di un climatizzatore o ventilatore al piano terra. Per poter avere fresco è necessario tenere accessi i climatizzatori delle camere poste al piano superiore.
