The apartment was clean, homey, comfortable and fully equipped. It's in a quiet neighborhood that is within an easy 5 minute walk to a market and several good restaurants. The direct route to the lake (the main road) is just under a mile - an easy walk. The host Gregor suggested an alternate route away from the main road which took us through some charming neighborhoods.
In my father's words, 'support from Gregor was Super!' He was extremely helpful and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Since my father has recently become easily winded with walking, on occasion, Gregor went out of his way to provide and/or set up transportation for us when needed (we did not have a car).
Since the kitchen is fully equipped, breakfast is not included. If you have the time and want to skip meal prep in the morning, you can get a very delicious breakfast nextdoor at Milena's.
I can't say there is anything we didn't like, however there were a couple things we had to adapt to:
It took some creativity getting used to showering with no door or curtain around the shower/tub (there is a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor).
Although not a problem with the place, we have one family member who relies heavily on the microwave so not having one took some adjusting for them. As I write this I realize we never asked if one was available.

Great location, the host was lovely and very accommodating any issues were sorted as soon as possible, house was really nice and clean and felt very homely. The views were great and a short 10 minute walk to lake bled.
There was a slight issue with the power on the first night but the host was there within 10 minutes and sorted the problem very efficiently, this appears to be a one off and had zero issues the rest of the stay

The property was spacious. The host was nice.
The hosts uncle who lived upstairs and was renovating his kitchen late at night. The property is cluttered with a lot of furniture and a bit like a shrine to an elderly deceased ancestor.

The apartment was clean and the rooms were nice. It felt a bit like being in someone's home.
The late check in of 5pm was not well accepted by us. But check out time was the same.
