The view and location are perfect. Metromover is a few blocks away and Ubers/Waymo are ready within a few minutes.
There was a $52 registration fee for the property that I wasn’t aware of til after booking. Was paid via Cashapp to Host but other than that it was a great stay!

the room had a good view and was in a quiet area the room itself was pretty quiet too.
the room was dirty and they should keep more toilet paper and paper towels because they gave us one roll of each we had to ask for more and hours later they finally gave us more but we ran out the night before we left also people walking in the halls sounds very loud for some reason plus our lock kept clicking and kept making us think somebody was trynna get in our room.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, y las instalaciones en general del condominio. Las camas son muy cómodas.
Lo que menos me gustó es que la cocina es excesivamente pequeña, no tienes hueco ni para dejar los platos fregados! La máquina de aire hace demasiado ruido y molesta por la noche. En general el espacio es muy pequeño para pasar más de 3 noches, siendo nosotras tres personas.

Localização excelente em Brickell
Tivemos problemas em relação a manutenção e estrutura do local. Fogão quebrado sem possibilidade de uso, mofo discreto no teto do banheiro, porta quebrada, limpeza modesta. O host foi solícito quando avisamos do problema então espero que seja resolvido para as próximas estadias
