Excellent, peaceful location with beautiful view across the countryside. Sitting outside with nobody about and watching the light fade away was lovely.
Friendly and helpful host.
Cleaner than some previous reviews led me to expect.
The shower worked well.
I was pleasantly surprised to find there was WiFi.
Apart from the shower, there's only one cold tap for all uses.
Minor problems I told the host, for her to sort out.

The location, the village and view across the open fields was amazing, it makes you forgive any shortcomings that a property might have.
Overall cleanliness could have felt better. No tea spoon is a silly omission.
We felt that the experience could have been massively improved for a relatively small outlay.

The accommodation was well appointed with all expected facilities and comfortable
How to find it and direct contact to gain access was left to the day of arrival and I missed that because I was on the move.
Unfortunately the electricity supply became intermittent and cut off completely at about 10pm meaning no light or internet. This was a few minutes before a helicopter landing close by and perhaps related to ground lights switching on for its landing? The supply was not restored. I apologise for only saying this here - please do not publicise this but ensure the host knows - but I was preoccupied with getting home for a meeting the following evening.
