The staff was extremely helpful and made me feel like I’m at home. I would give staff behavior 10/10. The property itself is very well equipped and new. Rooms are spacious and beautiful interior.

The front desk guy Usman was amazing other than him other staff was also very welcoming and helpful.
It was a pleasant stay with you guys, keep going!
I was expecting pool for my kid but it was not operational, this was the only turn off (:

The staff was super friendly and the location was very central.
I had high expectations for this stay, especially because I frequently stay at Ambience Lahore and have always had positive experiences there. Unfortunately, this property was a disappointment overall.
First, I would like to acknowledge Hafsa at reception, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was also upgraded to a room with a view, which I genuinely appreciated.
However, the room itself was quite uncomfortable. The space felt very cramped, and the furniture seemed oversized for the room. The bed frame was so large that it partially blocked the television, making it difficult to watch comfortably. There was also very little space between the bed and the table, to the point where sitting and working was awkward and uncomfortable.
As I was working remotely during my stay, having a functional workspace was important. Unfortunately, the room setup made this difficult, and I often had no choice but to work from the bed, which was far from ideal.
The bathroom also had issues. The shower cabin door appeared to have been removed, although the hinges were still visible. As a result, every shower flooded the bathroom floor, which was inconvenient and unpleasant throughout the stay.
Another major concern was the ongoing construction work. I believe guests should be informed about this before booking. The noise frequently started during the day while I was trying to rest, significantly affecting my comfort and overall experience.
Finally, the room service breakfast was very disappointing. On my first morning, the breakfast arrived cold. I sent it back and requested a fresh replacement, but it appeared to be the same meal that had simply been reheated and returned. After that experience, I chose not to order breakfast again during the remainder of my stay.
