The hotel interior is well-kept, rooms are clean and tidy. restaurant/breakfast area is nice to sit. Staff is correct and sometimes friendly. The area is a bit remote from the blue zone, but there is some traditional market nearby, with nice atmosphere in the evening.
Everything had to be paid on beforehand, which gave a very uncomfortable feeling as it was first time to visit the hotel. It was also confusing that the used several names (Three Tree and Taj hotel) and several accounts for the same property at Booking.com. Prices were quite high for the quality of the hotel. Rip-off price for airport pick-up. Breakfast was a disappointment.

This is my second stay at this hotel through booking.com. I had a wonderful stay at Taj Signature Hotel named as Three Trees Signature Hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and had a great view. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to get around, and the overall experience was truly great value for money.
A special thanks to Mr. Muhammad Shoaib, FDO, who was extremely helpful and cooperative throughout the booking process on Booking.com. His professionalism and assistance made the experience even smoother.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay, a good location, and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again!

Always security staff at entrance which is reassuring!
Bathroom smelly & rusty needed deep clean.
