The room was tidy and clean, big balcony, comfortable staying.
The staff was super nice. They helped me with all instructions regarding keys, as I needed to do check-in late in the evening. Also I forgot my charger in the room, so they found it and passed it to me later.
I did not manage to prepare coffee in the coffee machine in the room. Even though I tried to restart it several times, it still did not work. (Maybe I did something not correctly).
The shower gels in the bathroom were extremely liquid and barely enough for one shower.

La gentilezza della referente con cui ho parlato
Il fatto che ho trovato una portafinestra rotta, e per i due giorni di soggiorno ho avuto operai in stanza, fra i miei effetti personali, mentre non c'ero, che hanno cercato invano di aggiustare la finestra. Ho ottenuto solo una stanza impolverata, e la finestra è rimasta rotta. Mi avevano promesso un coupon omaggio per scusarsi, mai arrivato.
