Breakfast and staff support.
The room (number 6) was very hot and synthetic bedding and pillows made the sleep quite uncomfortable.

The hotel was conveniently located for our trip across Scotland.
The room was comfortable, very clean and the staff were helpful.
Nice bar to relax in the evening.
Parking was on-site.
The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, but this was not stated on the booking confirmation, so we missed it!
The bathroom in the room had separate hot and cold taps - so the water was either too hot or too cold when washing hands - needs a mixer tap!

The staff are extremely friendly, from checking in to bar and restaurant. Excellent choice of food and drinks, and more importantly at competitive prices.
