The host, very reasonable and worked with us when needed. The view and distance from the beach ( across the street ). Cleanliness and lay out.
If I had to complain about anything it would be the listing states 6 beds (actually only 5 beds, 2 sets of bunk beds and a king bed ) and no mention of pet deposit until after checking in so prepare for a little extra expense.

Property was clean, however everything needs a hand painted, to be perfectly clean .

The bed was too soft. Some of the light/fan switches didn't work properly. The downstairs bathroom sounded like it would finish flushing about every minute or so. Whoever does the cleaning did a poor job.
