Location is good, close to places to plenty of shops, tube station, bus stop, tons of restaurants. Pretty central. Code locks easy to work, seems secure.
It's a small space for a family of three, just room to walk around the beds. The shower doesn't drain fast enough and is easy to overflow.

Location was great.
Basic with cean comfy beds
No tea or milk. No safe despite instructions on use of safe. No means to iron clothes.
Noisy ventilations from adjacent restaurant throughout the night.
Didn't actually expect room service on 2nd day but they only made the double bed and not the single bed despite 3 of us occupying the apartment.
Tea sachets (3) left on 2nd day...2 fruit and a decaf. Full bodied tea is what a lot of people wake up to. It's also an English tradition and we were in the capitals city.
