Location, comfortable, quiet, parking for car, facilities, small front garden to sit out, clean, easy to find, easy to check in and out.

Excellent location, short walk from centre of York and all the amenities. Big bonus of property having it's own car parking space only 30 seconds walk from house.
Property inbetween internet service providers so operating off of a dongle which sometimes lead to a break in the service if operating multiple devices.

Location and car park space
Very compact, bedroom light switches off when you open wardrobe door, cobwebs, bathroom and shower is tiny (I’m only 5ft 1inch but struggled) internet connection was intermittent and turned TV off now and again, it is dog friendly but I’d say one very small dog and no more, the sofa was grotty and dirty and not comfortable at all.
