Location was excellent. Well appointed apartment, good size. Good value for money. Host was helpful and answered quickly so no issues. We were attending Queens so very short walk which was very convenient.

Very hot, 2 very poor night's sleep as no fan so had to have windows open and very noisy street so difficult to sleep. Nothing you can do about the neighbours and a busy street but definitely need a fan in each bedroom during summer. Had an issue with the hot water and the heating was on despite it being 30 degrees and we could not change the timing. We did feed this back to the host so hopefully this will be addressed.

The keys were in a lockbox. The box was easy to find. The apartment is located between two well-connected tube lines. The place has three seperate rooms and a very practical kitchen. It was very clean, quite spacious and there were more than enough towels, sheets and supplies. Even a washing machine and freezer.

We travelled with two kids (3 and 5) and their grandmother. We did not get the code for the lockbox until late in the evening, which was stressful. When we arrived the third bed was not made up. We had to look for the sheets while the kids were very tired. The place is extremely noisy (you hear everything that is said downstairs or on the street), the beds are not very comfortable and the curtains do not block the light at all. This made it hard to fall asleep. Then again. We got everyone ear plugs + blindfolds and the second night was better. Better a clean and affordable apartment than a dirty one. Pity there is no wifi code anywhere either.

El apartamento está bien no es pequeño para 4 personas ,zona tranquila no se escuchaban ruidos ,buena ubicación cerca del metro y de varios autobuses , además de supermercados . Volvería alojarme .

Las camas demasiado blandas , no tener persianas o cortinas más oscuras en las habitaciones y falta de sillas al ser 4 personas las que nos alojábamos . Faltaría un tendedero para la ropa .

The place was clean, comfortable, safe, and perfectly located.

We wish the water would have stayed hotter a little longer, but as long as we spaced out showers we were good.
