Better customer service!
Was given a room that was not cleaned. Tried to contact front desk no one answered had to walk to get a new room. Given another room and it was not what I asked for. The room was in poor conditions. No apologies from front desk clerk and acted like I was inconvenience for asking for a clean room. Stayed there before in a different room and I was very pleased. But not this time.
