Was easy to find and in a great location for the price
The room was very clean BUT the room had a strong cigarette odor. I did request a non smoking room and the sign on the room door indicated that it was non smoking. Not sure if the previous guest smoked in the room. That would be my only complaint.

The check-in gal was so cheerful and efficient, we were amazed. This is not a luxe property but this gal acted like it was her own business and she was going to make sure everything was right with our stay.
The hotel use to be a Studio 6 and there was a decent kitchenette and sitting area w/ wifi-TV. The bed was comfortable and the room was dark and quiet all night. There were some banged up and older model cars in the parking lot but we felt very safe and everyone seemed friendly. We had a very tasty Vietnamese meal less than 5 mi away. This hotel was a bargain.
Internet was somewhat lame, connecting and then disconnecting, but I was able to accomplish what I needed to do.

Friendly helpful staff, good ice maker, full fridge, park at the room, toaster, and especially the price.
There was a rod for hanging clothes though no hangers. Advertised as a full kitchenette yet all cupboards and drawers were completely empty - no utensils, plates, cooking pots or pans, etc. Bring your own? Non-smoking room had slight smoke odor (was too tired to change rooms). Coffee pot needed to have the flask held up against the reservoir to drain, otherwise would have filled up and spilled over. The sealed paper cups had a slight chemical smell, so had to use my own cup. No 'do not disturb' sign. A really small microwave - since no pots or pans, I had popcorn for dinner, and yet even it didn't fit in the small microwave. No shelf or drainboard at all in the bathroom. It made me wonder also, that since there seemed to be a lot of lower-class guests, several smoking outside their rooms for example, with their back to the doors, maybe anything not fastened down (such as plates, pans, microwave, etc.) would be stolen anyway?
