The host was very welcoming and accommodating. Whenever we had a question, she was responsive. The location of this hotel was so close to everything such as Rosebank Nall and restaurants. All within walking distance. The hotel was also very secure.
Everything was great. The sofa was very low and not so comfortable.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. I needed to check in early and she made it happen
The security at the main entrance was VERY unhelpful. Didn't know what was going on around him and was unable to direct us to the assigned parking spot. We ended up driving in circles
