W apartamencie było brudno, w łazience pleśń, śmierdziało niepranymi wiele miesięcy firanami. Właściciel chciał nakładać wysokie kary za uszkodzenia czy zaplamienia w lokalu ale sam nie zapewnił standardu takiego, by faktycznie miało to przełożenie.

Хорошее место расположения.

1. Грязно. Сама квартира была красивой, но видно, что очень пользованная. 2. Много что сломано. Занавески и подоконники грязные. При въезде мы отфотографировали все поломки, чтобы потом нам не выставили счетов по договору и правилам проживания. 3. На 1 ночь - такая квартира не проблема. Но мы снимали на 3 недели. Матрас на кровате очень тонкий. Спать не возможно. Кушетка тоже очень не удобная. На длительное время не подходит. Нам пришлось переехать.
