Excellent location. We loved the supermarket across the road. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable too.

The staff was very accommodating when I had a small issue. When I arrived, my room was very beautiful and very clean. My bed was very comfortable. I like that there are grocery stores and a dollar store right on the same block
There isn't too much. I don't like about this place. I've stayed here twice in two different apartments.

The buildings and facilities were very nice. The interior of the accommodation, the available amenities, the parking facilities, and the overall atmosphere were all great. We were very satisfied with these aspects of our stay.
The location is quite close to Koreatown. We personally did not find the surrounding neighborhood to be particularly pleasant, and we felt a little uneasy about the area.
However, if you have your own car or use Uber, you do not really need to interact with the surrounding area much. During our stay, we mostly just went from our building to our car or Uber and back, so we had no major issues.
If you plan to rely on public transportation or walk around the neighborhood frequently, you might feel a little uncomfortable, especially when entering or leaving the property.

Bed was comfortable and all appliances and utensils we could need and it was easy to access the building and parking
Strange smell in the hallway on the 6th floor, floors were very dirty in the apartment, walking in socks or bare feet left them black pretty quickly
