Ενα υπεροχα ανακαινισμένο παλιό αρχοντικο,σα να μεταφέρεται σε άλλη εποχή !ευγεστατο προσωπικο,στο κέντρο της Καστοριάς 10 λεπτά από τη λίμνη.
Δεν υπήρχε ψυγείο που για μικρή διαμονή δεν υπάρχει θέμα.

Οι φωτογραφιες το αδικουν αρχικα.. εχει υπεροχη θεα, μεγαλα δωματια, πεντακαθαρο και πολλοι ευγενικοι και εξυπηρετικοι οι ανθρωποι που δουλευουν μεσα.. Η λιμνη ειναι περιπου 7 λεπτα με τα ποδια..
Οτι μειναμε μονο ενα βραδυ

Gerçekten kaldığımız en etkileyici yerlerden birisi tertemiz, çok dost canlısı ve misafirperver bir yer, sahibi olsun çalışan arkadaşlar olsun hepsi her konuda destek veriyorlar. Kastoria’ya daha öncede geldim çok severim ama ilk kez burada kaldım ve bayıldım. Konağın hikayesi bile en az içi kadar büyüleyici, mutlaka tekrar geleceğim ❤️

It is a beautiful old manse on the top of the hill up from the lake. Views were slightly obstructed, but were across the lake and were pretty. The decor inside is dark wood throughout, with rooms on the ground floor, first floor, and a breakfast area downstairs in a basement. Breakfast was pastries, bread, cheese, yoghurt, jams, juice, cereal and eggs. The coffee was really poor quality but everything else was fantastic.
There a couple of things that are down to opinion, and for me, the decor made everything feel dark and the reception was unmanned throughout so there was no one to speak to if you need anything. The bathrooms in this hotel are not acceptable, and in my view, they should close the rooms until they have restructured the space to make them bigger. I am a tall slim man, and I could not use the toilet, the shower or the sink, because I couldn’t fit in there. When trying to use the toilet, I could not stand far enough back because of the sink. If you try to sit, your knees are in the air because of the sink. The shower is low slung and in a ‘half bath’ because the gap is only about 3ft. I could not stand in it, or sit in it. While trying to stand in front of the sink, the back of your legs are pressed up against the toilet. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world but I have never seen bathrooms like this. They are not poor quality, they are just not fit to be used. The furniture is old, which is nice to look at, but the bed is very hard and the layout of the room not very practical. Be aware that it is also up a very steep hill and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
